Life Line Financial Group is a premier multi-family office for some of the world's best athletes and household names in entertainment. With offices in Los Angeles and Denver, we provide financial wellness for our clients by delivering exceptional financial services that include all essential accounting functions, risk management, lifestyle management, tax and tailor-made wealth planning. We are seeking an accountant that will be responsible for the month end closing, bill paying, account reconciliation and proper coding of financial data. This position process checks, payroll and maintain general maintenance of all financial accounts for each assigned client. You are expected to work independently, think critically and collaborate and support senior accountants and management personnel. The preferred candidate will have advanced QuickBooks skills, an awesome personality and a desire to grow with our firm.

Primary Role

  • Prepare journal entries and financial statements for personal accounts and entities of assigned clients
  • Perform account reconciliation of all cash, credit card, and various general ledger accounts with supporting documentation
  • Assist in monthly and end of year closing process
  • Monitor all accounting inboxes and manage vendor facing communications
  • Assist with cash flow management
  • Prepare and process outgoing A/P payments
  • Collect and process A/R payments
  • Process 1099s, payroll, checks and bill pay
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and other analyses as they arise
  • Establish effective working relationships with other employees
  • Be a team player and adapt to practices, policies and culture


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Proficient level of QuickBooks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & G-Suite
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
