Position Description

Life Line Financial Group is a premier multi-family office managing some of the world's most influential athletes and entertainers. With offices in Los Angeles and Denver, we provide financial wellness for our clients by delivering exceptional financial services that include daily bookkeeping, cash flow management, estate planning, risk management and tax planning. We are currently seeking an ambitious Senior Accountant and business manager to become a part of our fun, vibrant, and passionate team. This position requires the right applicant to think critically, work independently and collaboratively, multitask and lead by example. The preferred candidate must have QuickBooks, Microsoft excel and supervisory experience.   • Oversee all aspects of the accounting cycle
  • Review and verify reconciliation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Conduct semiannual and year-end financial review with clients
  • Adhere to GAAP compliance and company accounting procedures
  • Conduct cash flow analysis, budgets and projections
  • Coordinate with teammates to create financial plans specific to client's goals
  • Provide effective strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings
  • Communicate with clients and keep them abreast of their financial position
  • Assist in the preparation of personal, corporate, partnership, estate and trust tax returns
  • Calculate and file quarterly guild earnings, estimated tax payments, etc.
  • Respond to tax notices from local and federal agencies
  • Identify and provide suggestions to improve department operations and maximize efficiencies
  • Become technically sound with company utilized software and systems
  • Provide supervision and ongoing, training, feedback to staff to foster team development
  • Be a team player and adapt to company practices, policies, and culture


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
  • 4+ years of accounting experience
  • Active CPA certification
  • Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Experienced working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Must be dependable and possess a strong work ethic and strong
