Our client is a successful professional services firm seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. The firm is located in West LA and is eager to hire someone as soon as possible.
- General clerical duties such as scanning and mailing, as well as maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system
- Provide assistance to the Tax Department and the Reception Desk when necessary
- Handle requests for information and data in a timely manner
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails using the proper programs
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements as assigned
- Minimum 2-4 years experience
- Accounting/ light bookkeeping experience a plus
- Excellent communication, writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
Salary: $45,000 – $50,000
