Founder, Trusted AdvisorMatthew Hoffman is the founder and CEO of Trusted Advisor, a professional organization that brings together top business managers, artist managers, entertainment attorneys, wealth managers and family offices through education initiatives, private meetups and global summits like the upcoming Trusted X LA Summit.
Hoffman founded Trusted Advisor in early 2020 with a mission to be the best resource for advisors with high net worth entertainment clients. These clients, and their advisors, have unique needs from a technology, investment, cyber-security and risk perspective.
Prior to Trusted Advisor, Matthew was the founder of Empire Software, a venture-backed FinTech company. Empire was a highly secure dashboard for business managers, CPAs, and family offices that combined accounting and financial data with insurance policies, tangible assets, loans, trust and estate planning.
Hoffman, a trained architect, first entered the world of UHNW advising through his work with family office clients while at Hollwich Kushner, an architecture firm in New York City.
Since then, Hoffman built a career working with business managers, family offices and UHNW advisors, bringing his multidisciplinary problem-solving approach, business acumen and tech savvy to the unique challenges in the space.
Matthew Hoffman is based in New York with a Los Angeles office set to open in 2022.
